Ipswich Town FC is expanding its U.S. fanbase and wanted a film that captured that spirit. We found Ian — born and bred in Ipswich, now living in Queens — and followed him on a mission to find his son a new jersey.
The Reliable
We shot across train stations, soccer stores, and parks with a small crew — handheld and fast. Each stop revealed more of Ian’s pride, humor, and connection to the club.
The Surprisingly Reliable
By the end, the rain became part of the story — grounding the video in something real. The final piece captured what Ipswich is already building: community, connection, and a lot of grit.
